Going from strength to strength, Vegan Food and Living magazine was highly commended at The Drum Online Media Awards for B2B Brand of the Year, adding to the success of the magazine since its launch in 2016.
Since launching the website in July 2016, web traffic on the Vegan Food & Living site has seen significant areas of growth. During August 2016 we had around 15,000 page views and 8,000 users on the site – during January 2018 this had risen to 241,000 page views and 144,000 users.
Facebook however has seen the largest area of growth, having managed to quickly overtake our closest vegan magazine competitor (which has been in existence for two years longer than us) by 80k+ page likes. Our engagement has consistently been the highest of any vegan magazine in the UK, with a weekly post engagement of 27k on average, in comparison to our closest competitor’s average of 3k per week. On August 1st 2016 we had 21,770 likes, by 31st January 2018 this had risen to 161,000, with an organic post reach that averages 1,500,000 people reached per month. Through actively engaging with our audience on our social media channels, it has helped to cement our brand loyalty as we play an active part in the online vegan community!
