An exciting opportunity has come up in our marketing department. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Production, the Senior Marketing Executive will help to develop and deliver the company’s subscription strategies on time and to budget. Working with an agreed portfolio of titles, the SME will take responsibility for meeting the subscription targets set on these titles, as well as planning, implementing and reporting back on the marketing of special editions and one-shots. The SME will also organise Anthem’s attendance at consumer shows, liaising with all relevant stakeholders to agree on objectives and activity for shows, as well as carry out all the necessary planning and logistics.
The successful candidate will be proficient in campaign management across all marketing channels including print, online, email, social, affiliates, agents etc, and be able to analyse campaign response in order to make decisions for future activity. Ideally, the candidate will have at least a year’s experience in subscriptions marketing and understand the KPIs of a subscription business, including acquisitions and retention & loyalty.
This role requires an assertive and ambitious self-starter who is deadline-focussed, results-driven and decisive. We require strong copy writing skills, creativity and keen attention to detail, as well as, commercial awareness and an analytical mind.
